Our offer also includes extensive diagnostic testing and measurement of the following mining industry gear series:
KPL, PKPL, JPL, K1SH, GWAREK, RK90kW and other.

Carried out on country’s most modern ABB testing station.

Thanks to the Direct Torque Control excellent static and dynamic parameters of drives were obtained, similar to power transmission systems with engine shaft back coupling.
The built gear testing station enables:
- change of the driver shaft load – up to 400 kW
- change of the driver shaft rotational speed – from 0 to 1500 rpm in clockwise and anticlockwise direction.
- change of the driver shaft torque – from 0 to 2565 Nm
The above parameters can be changed in steps or gradually.

Types of tested gears:

• Planetary roller and angular gears with power up to - 450kW
• Conventional roller and angular gears with power up to - 250 kW

• The measurements are carried out with an SKF instrument.
