Gears production and refitting
Having properly equipped workshops and trained technical staff we manufacture new planetary gears of the Pl-15, KPL-15, PL- 25 and KPL-25 series, under license of the German company Jahnel – Kestermann.
Additionally, we carrying out repairs of gears manufactured both in Western Europe and Poland. The high quality of repair processes has been confirmed by positive technical opinion issued by OBAC and authorization by western companies such as Jahnel – Kestermann, Preinfalk and Flender.
Currently, we specialize in repair of mining industry gears of the KPL and PL series as well as conventional gears. All repaired gears are subject to a complex inspection process and an in-motion measurement under load in a testing station.
